Celebrating Success: Jenna, Glenn, and Chloe Thrive at Mai-Wel Enterprises

At Mai-Wel Enterprises, we are thrilled to celebrate the accomplishments of Jenna, Glenn, and Chloe, who have completed 12 weeks of employment. These dedicated individuals joined us as paid employees after successfully completing work experience with Mai-Wel Academy, a program designed to build capacity for employment.

Working in the Business Services area, Jenna, Glenn, and Chloe have formed a cohesive unit, receiving invaluable support to learn new skills, collaborate effectively in a team environment, enhance their communication abilities, and follow instructions with precision. Throughout their 12 weeks, they have undertaken various tasks, including quality assurance, garment trimming, packaging, labeling, and assembling.

Their hard work and dedication have significantly contributed to the team’s success in Business Services. More than just finding a job, their success is about gaining confidence, independence, and a sense of purpose.
