Mai-Wel Enterprises Empowers Employees with NDIS Funds for Skill Building

Mai-Wel Enterprises is excited to announce that 13 supported employees are now undertaking a Certificate II in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology, thanks to a valuable partnership with TAFE NSW. Every Tuesday, a TAFE teacher visits our workplace to provide both theoretical and practical instruction.

These dedicated employees, who already work on making pallets and crates, view this course as a fantastic opportunity to further develop their skills. For them, it’s not just about earning a qualification; it’s about gaining confidence and expanding their career prospects.

The progress and dedication shown by these employees have been truly inspiring. Through this program, they are proving that with the right support and opportunities, they can achieve their goals and advance their skill sets.
