Kane, a long-standing member of the Business Services team at Mai-Wel Enterprises, has embarked on a new chapter of personal and professional growth. Seeking to broaden his skills and explore different opportunities within the organisation, Kane recently transitioned to the Facilities Maintenance and Commercial Cleaning team.
Opting for a 12-week paid work experience in Facilities Maintenance, Kane spends one day per week learning and contributing to tasks such as office cleaning, window cleaning, touch point sanitization, mopping, and vacuuming. This move allows Kane to continue his employment at Mai-Wel Enterprises while gaining valuable experience in a different department.
Supported by his team and guided by his determination, Kane has swiftly adapted to his new role, demonstrating a positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges.
